Whether you checked the optional box agreeing to calls and texts, along with the exact consent wording shown to you, the date and time, the page address and form version.

We also collect some information automatically: the page you arrived on, the website that referred you, advertising campaign tags in the link you clicked (such as UTM, Google or Facebook click IDs), and your browser and device type. Our site stores this campaign information in your browser’s local storage so it can be attached to a quote request you send later. Calls and text messages

If you give us your phone number, a member of our team may call you back from a regular phone about your request. We will only call or text you using automated technology, or artificial, prerecorded or AI-generated voices, if you checked the optional consent box on our form. Giving that consent is never a condition of getting a quote or buying anything from us.

You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any text, telling us on a call, or contacting us below. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business and work on our behalf, such as our website host, our form and email providers, our spreadsheet and productivity tools, and our phone, texting and AI calling providers.
